One of these is the new chef Guglielmo Araldi, born in 1993, who learned the ropes under the wing of Michelin-star chef Agostino Iacobucci and has now taken over from Cristian Momettila at the helm of the Ristorante I Carracci.

The New Year, 2022, will usher in new adventures, discoveries, gourmet recipes, art exhibitions, events and stories to experience and share in this historic palazzo, home to treasures such as the earliest known work by the Carracci brothers.
