Your culinary journey can begin in Café Marinetti, with a drink in an environment of retro charm, accompanied by the notes of our pianist, some sparkling wine and refined canapés. You can then move on to the “I Carracci” restaurant, famous for its warm and cosy atmosphere, located in an extraordinary 16th-century salon whose ceiling is decorated with frescoes from the school of the Carracci brothers, from whom the restaurant takes its name.
The hotel also offers exclusive culinary experiences, designed to satisfy even the most demanding palates, with a perfect balance between taste and aesthetics.

The “I Carracci” restaurant is an authentic gem of art and history, located in Bologna’s historic centre. The vaulted ceiling, entirely frescoed by the school of the Carracci brothers — one of the highest expressions of 16th-century painting — lends the spaces a solemn character of extraordinary artistic value.

Filled with flowers and the scent of jasmine, our terraces represent the ideal setting for moments of true relaxation. Located on the piano nobile, reserved for the suites, the Terrazza Torre - overlooking Palazzo Fava - and the Terrazza Foyer offer an intimate and discreet atmosphere. The terraces can be booked for drinks or light snacks, with a fee for the dedicated service.

Welcoming, elegant and contemporary, the Grand Hotel Majestic “già Baglioni” has renovated the spaces and furnishings of the Café Marinetti. The flooring, a genuine work of art, was made by Tuscan artisans in Art Deco style, using precious Statuario, Nero Marquinia and Giallo Siena marbles from Carrara. The spaces are furnished with comfortable armchairs and large sofas in Art Deco style, inviting guests to prolong their moment of relaxation in a refined atmosphere.

The breakfast room, where a generous buffet is served every morning accompanied by delicate music, opens onto the original winter garden, whose name derives from the Trompe-l’Œil paintings of the early 1900s and the solarium roof, which can be opened in the warmer months. The spaces have been completely renovated with light parquet flooring, harmoniously integrating them into the dining areas of the Grand Hotel Majestic “già Baglioni”.
