  • CLOTHING
    Guests are asked to wear smart casual or elegant clothing at dinner in Ristorante I Carracci.
  • ANIMALS
    In order to provide and excellent service to all our Guests we recommend you to follow few instructions: keep your dog with you at all times and on a leash. if you wish to bring it with you to the breakfast room or restaurant, please let us know so we can reserve a dedicated table for you.
    In the room/hotel we accept small and medium sized dogs while at the Restaurant/Breakfast Room and Cafè Marinetti we only accept small dogs.
    In addition, a thorough cleaning and sanitising service at the end of your stay will ensure hygiene and safety for future guests. Cost € 40.00 per stay
  • CHEQUE EXCHANGE
    We can neither exchange nor accept cheques of any kind.
  • CREDIT CARDS
    We accept all major credit cards. For other payment arrangements contact reception.
  • CHECK OUT
    Please leave your room before 1 pm.
  • LOST AND FOUND OBJECTS
    Please hand over any items left in rooms or shared areas to reception.
    These will be kept for one year and sent to owners on request. The hotel is not responsible for lost items which are never found.

In the event of

FIRE
the nearest exit. Press the nearest fire alarm button to your room, notify reception and follow the instructions of the staff responsible for managing the emergency. Do not take bags, luggage or other bulky items with you. Do not use the lift. If smoke or other circumstances make corridors or staircases inaccessible, immediately return to your room, closing the door well and communicating your presence with any available means.
 
Remember that a well closed and dampened door, made impermeable with wet linen, will protect you for some time. Remember that the use of any type of burner, heater, iron and/or similar equipment is strictly forbidden.
 
Do not return to the hotel until firefighters have told you it is safe to do so. For any further fire evacuation information please contact Reception by dialing 7.
 
 
EARTHQUAKES
In the event of an earthquake, control the urge to run away immediately. It is advisable to avoid using stairs and stopping in the centre of rooms. We advise that you take refuge near load bearing structures, walls or columns and, where possible, shelter under tables or desks to avoid being hit by falling masonry, glass, etc.
 
Once the seismic shock is over, leave the building in an orderly manner following the exit routes shown on the building plan present in every room. Check the stability of the escape routes.
 
Once outside the building do not stand underneath the building.
