The faces of the Buddha from the lost Indian Museum of Bologna

The exhibition will be an introspective journey into Indian, Chinese and Japanese religious culture with the presence of statues of the Himalayan and Chinese Buddhist pantheon, with the very rich photographic collection, which appears to be one of the most conspicuous and detailed collections of reproductions related to the art of Gandhara present in Europe, surpassing in importance similar collections deposited at the British Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum.
