Step 1 – Sight and Smell: Morning Tour - around the the old medieval markets, “Mercato del Quadrilatero” and “Mercato di Mezzo” with our Executive Chef Guglielmo Araldi who will lead you on a path through taste and tradition. An opportunity for an exclusive Food Shopping discovering local and regional products driven by two extremely important senses for any successful recipe: Sight and Smell.
Step 2 – Hearing and Touch: Cooking class - Once back to the hotel our Chef will show and teach you how to combine the fresh products bought in the market and you will have the chance to wear an apron and try yourself in preparing delicious recipes in a dedicated private kitchen.
Step 3 – Taste: Exclusive Lunch - Enjoy a tailored made menu with your food shopping of the morning and the dishes created during the cooking class combined with local wine tasting with our maître sommelier in the suggestive atmosphere of our historical Cellar Enoteca Morandi in winter and during warmer months on our beautiful and scented Terrace.
