Live Biografilm from the Heart of Bologna
From June 5 to 15, 2026, Bologna hosts Biografilm Festival: one of the most important international events dedicated to authentic life stories, featuring documentaries, fiction, and guests from around the world.
The festival brings the historic center to life with over 100 films, European premieres, and screenings in iconic venues such as Piazza Maggiore and the city's historic cinemas.
The previous edition recorded 140,000 attendees, confirming Biografilm as a key reference for contemporary cinema exploring social and political changes through real characters.
Right in the heart of this vibrant atmosphere, the Grand Hotel Majestic “già Baglioni” offers the ideal stay: historic elegance, Ristorante I Carracci, and Luxury Club just steps from the main festival venues.
After the evening screenings, return to a frescoed palace that has welcomed international directors and film protagonists. Book your stay directly on our website for the best rates.
