"Cesarine", in praise of all the grandmothers, the carers, the aunts, that have enriched our childhoods and made them happy with tastes. During the Events is proposed which covers, the historical illustration of recipes and traditional dishes, the explanation of procedures of preparation and the eventual tasting of those dishes, presented as deemed necessary by the historical-gastronomic culture. A brochure illustrating the journey traced by the Event is given to every attending Guest.

Traditional Balsamic vinegar of Modena
Traditional Modena Balsamic Vinegar is a bright, full dark brown in color; dense, yet free-flowing and smoothly syrupy. In fine cuisine, Traditional Modena Balsamic Vinegar is used on fresh and steamed vegetables; as a base for sauces; as a final touch to fish or meat dishes; and even to top strawberries and vanilla ice cream. Only after years of maturing does the product reach that surprising balance of aromas and flavour that allows it to bear the title of Protected Origin Denomination (DOP). Aging takes place in a series of small barrels made of different kinds of woods and having decreasing volume. Visit to an Acetaia to discover how it is created. During it the products that the Acetaia has taken care to produce in a traditional manner for decades will be shown; there will be an explanation of the main rules for producing the best Balsamic Vinegar of Modena; there will be the opportunity to taste the products.
