The Art Deco Terrace Suite, so-called due to its unique style to be found nowhere else in the hotel, is the Grand Hotel Majestic’s most prestigious suite. It was created during the most recent refurbishment of the hotel, and has a truly captivating character. It is the only room on the 5th floor to have a private lift with direct access to the room.
The suite has a large living room with a fireplace and bar corner, two bedrooms and two bathrooms covered in precious Carrara marble in black and white tones with small silver points of light which, like stardust, further embellish the environment, making it sparkle. The two bedrooms are enriched with soft chests in predominately black and silver-grey shades, and design elements which give a character that revisits the classic Art Deco style of the 1930s.
The large, splendid terrace of approximately 70 square metres is the true gem of this suite and provides its guests with a truly unique, previously unseen panoramic view of Bologna. Beyond the city’s towers, cathedral and characteristic red roofs lie the Bolognese hills. The terrace may also be used for cocktails, aperitifs and private receptions, and very special photography sessions thanks to the breathtaking view.
The suite is effectively equipped with all the latest modern conveniences: Two satellite plasma-screen televisions, a DVD player, mini-bar, direct telephone line, Wi-Fi internet connection and a convenient desk.
